SpaceRail - Angle Mounted Bike Rack
The SpaceRail Angle-Mounted Bike Rack is purpose-built for sloped and angled ceilings, the awkward overhead spaces that defeat every standard ceiling bike rack. If your shed, loft conversion, lean-to, or outbuilding has an apex roof or angled ceiling, this is the bike storage for shed spaces that no other system can reach.
Adjustable angle brackets accommodate a wide range of roof pitches, mounting the SpaceRail rail perfectly level regardless of the slope, so you get the same smooth-sliding, high-density vertical bike storage as our flat-ceiling system, in spaces that were previously unusable. The same patented 360-degree rotating hooks pack bikes closely together while keeping every individual bike accessible, and because the rail is universal across the Stashed range, your investment is entirely future-proof, if you move or renovate, simply swap the brackets and the rail carries straight over.
For sheds with a flat, level ceiling under 2.4 metres, our Ceiling-Mounted SpaceRail is the straightforward starting point, but if the angle is the problem, this is the solution.

SpaceRail FAQ
Which SpaceRail mounting option is right for me?
For ceilings above 2,400mm / 8ft, we recommend a wall mounted system so it can be positioned at a suitable height for use.
For ceilings below 2,400mm / 8ft we recommend a ceiling mounted system if it is possible to be fitted to a suitable structure. Angled brackets are also available for sloping ceilings.
FreeStand provides versatile fix-free bike storage that does not need to be fitted to existing structures.
Visit our Instructions page for more information.
What is the best installation height?
We recommend a general installation height between 2,100mm-2,400mm for most bike types.
Do SpaceRail kits contain everything I need?
Yes. Our SpaceRail kits contain everything you need, including Hooks, Rails, Joiners, End Caps and Mounting hardware.
Our systems are designed to be easily installed with a basic toolkit and DIY skills.
How much weight can SpaceRail hold?
Each hook can hold up to 30kg / 65lbs. Each standard section of rail can hold up to 100kg / 220lbs.
SpaceRail is designed to safely store most e-bikes. FreeStand 8 bike uses a heavy duty rail rated to 150kg / 331lbs.
Recommended distance from the wall?
We recommend placing our SpaceRail bike storage system around 600-700mm away from the wall for optimal use.

How many bikes can I fit on a single section of rail?
Standard rails are 1100mm / 44” long and are designed to store up to four bikes.
If all four bikes are large enduro or downhill mountain bikes, you may need an additional section of rail to enjoy optimum performance.
We offer a free custom rail cutting service if needed.
What is the maximum wheel depth?
The maximum wheel depth including rim and tyre is 95mm.
Will SpaceRail damage carbon rims?
No. SpaceRail is designed for use with carbon rims and includes a polymer hook cover to ensure no damage occurs.
Is it ok to hang a bike by its wheel?
Yes. SpaceRail will not damage your bike if hung on it.
The loads placed through your bike when hung on SpaceRail are far lower than the loads during use when being ridden.
Is it ok to hang suspension forks and hydraulic brakes?
Yes. Providing your suspension forks and hydraulic brakes are in good working condition, then no issues will occur.
These are sealed systems so no oil will escape. Before use, always check the function of your brakes and suspension when you remove them from SpaceRail.
