As we manufacture our products in-house, we have the ability to create customisation for your bike or kit storage project.
We offer the following custom options:
Custom length SpaceRail cutting service
Need your SpaceRail system cutting to a custom length to ensure it fits perfectly in your space?
We offer this service free of charge. Follow these steps:
1. Measure your space and work out what overall length of system you require.
2. Place your order for the system required based on the number of bikes.
3. Complete the Custom Length Request Form on this page with your custom cut details.
Please Note:
- Orders are normally processed within 1-hour of ordering, therefore please ensure we receive your custom request straight away. We cannot offer this service once your shipment has dispatched.
- We can only offer rails in a maximum length of 111cm / 43.7" for Ceiling, Wall, Angle and Racking Mount SpaceRail Systems, but these can be cut down to any length required.
- If ordering a system with more than one rail within in it, we will cut down only one rail to achieve your overall desired system length.
- Cut tolerance is +/- 5mm
- Please provide the overall length of the system including the End Caps. We will calculate the rail lenght for you
- Custom rails are non-returnable.
