Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. The Refer a Friend scheme is run by Stashed Products Ltd, Registered Office: Unit 6 Abermule Business Park, Abermule, Montgomery, Wales, SY15 6FB. Company Number: 13526963.
2. Who can refer. The scheme is open to anyone aged 18 or over who owns a Stashed product. It does not matter whether the product was bought from stashedproducts.com, a retailer or a marketplace. By joining the scheme or using a referral link, you agree to these terms.
3. How it works. Sign up at stashedproducts.com/pages/refer-a-friend to get your personal referral link, which we also email to you. When a friend opens your link, they enter their email address in the pop-up to claim their discount, which is then applied at checkout. When your friend places their first order, we email you your reward.
4. Your friend’s discount. 10% off their first order at stashedproducts.com, on any product, with no minimum spend. Only for people who have never ordered from Stashed before. One use per person, linked to the email address used to claim it. It cannot be used with any other discount code, but can be used alongside automatic offers shown at checkout, such as bundle savings.
5. Your reward. A £30 discount code for every friend who places a first order using your link. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer. Each code can be used once, on any product at stashedproducts.com, on an order of £100 or more (before delivery), within 90 days of being issued. It cannot be used with any other discount code, but can be used alongside automatic offers shown at checkout.
6. Currency. Rewards are set in pounds sterling. If you shop in another currency, such as euros or US dollars, the £30 reward and the £100 minimum spend are converted into that currency at checkout at the exchange rate on the day, so the amount may vary slightly. Your friend’s 10% works the same in any currency.
7. Offers marked with an asterisk (*). Where our Refer a Friend page, emails, leaflets or other materials show an offer marked with an asterisk (*), that offer is subject to these terms. Those materials give a short summary only; if there is any difference, these terms apply.
8. Fair use. You cannot refer yourself, including by using another email address or account, or by ordering through your own link. We may refuse a referral where the advocate and friend appear to be the same person or household, for example the same device, browser, address or payment details. Referral links must not be posted on coupon or voucher websites or used in any paid advertising, including paid search.
9. Cancelled and refunded orders. If a friend’s order is cancelled or fully refunded before the reward code has been used, we may cancel that code. If an order placed with a reward code is partly returned, the refund is based on the discounted price paid.
10. Misuse. If we believe the scheme is being misused, we may withhold or cancel rewards and remove anyone from the scheme. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Your information. When you join, we only email you your link and your reward codes. We will not add you to our marketing emails unless you choose to sign up. We use your details to run the scheme, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and cancellation. Stashed Products Ltd may change, suspend or end the scheme at any time. Codes already issued will be honoured until they expire.
13. Governing law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights, and our standard terms of sale apply to all orders. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
