Can I change the attachments from Vertical to Horizontal?

Yes, this is simple to do by removing the attachment, adjusting the LodeStar attachment angle and then reinstalling.
How much weight can LodeStar carry?

Each Rail or Board can hold a maximum of 20kg. Each attachment is rated individually, please check the product page on the website.
Do your LodeStar Bundles include everything I need?

Yes, our Bundles are a complete kit and have all fixings and fasteners required. LodeStar attachments are sold separately.
What is the warranty of Lodestar?

5-year warrant even for commercial use.
Is lodestar available in any other colours?

The Lodestar rails are only available in anodised silver and the Board are currently available in Black and Bronze only.
Do you make larger Lodestar boards?

The boards are only available in a standard 400 x 300 x 26mm (15 x 12 x 1 inches) but you can join multiple boards together via the predrilled side holes to create a larger board.
Can I buy spare parts for Lodestar?

Yes, all spare parts are available via our website or by contacting sales@stashedproducts.com via email.
Can I hang a bike from Lodestar?

No, we recommend only hanging accessories and spare wheels on Lodestar, see our SpaceRail range which is designed to store bikes.
Can I use LodeStar on my SpaceRail?

Yes! Simply purchase our Type B adapter kits.
Can I use LodeStar in a vehicle?

Yes! LodeStar can be used inside cars, vans, campervans, RV’s and motorhomes.

Where can I fit LodeStar Rails?

You can fit the LodeStar Rails to the Ceiling, Wall or Floor. You can mount the Rails horizontally, vertically or at a 45° angle.
Where can I fit LodeStar Boards?

You can fit LodeStar Boards to the wall only.
Can I attach LodeStar without fixing screws?

Yes! You can use our NanoTape pack, Sucker Pack or Magnet Pack.
Where can I fit LodeStar Boards?

You can fit LodeStar Boards to the wall only.
Do the lodestar rail come with predrilled holes?

The LodeStar rail does not come predrilled, but a 10mm drill bit is supplied with the kit and a drilling guide is available as a optional extra to ensure an accurate drill hole every time. This allows you to select the best position for each hole.
Can LodeStar Rails be cut down?

LodeStar Rails can be cut down using the dedicated Lodestar cutting guide or using a powered chop saw with suitable blade.
What length are the lodestar rails?

The LodeStar rail comes in a standard length of 950mm (37 inches).
What tools are needed to install Lodestar?

Lodestar can be installed with basic DIY tools. A full list of tools is available in the assembly instructions.
Is LodeStar easy to fit?

Yes, Rails and Boards simply attach with 3 or 4 x screws to a robust structure. In low weight loading applications, you can also use our NanoTape Kit.
Can I use LodeStar attachments without a Rail or Board?

Yes! Simply purchase our Type C adapter kits.
