Rack Mount works with step type beams and box beams. We do not recommend fitting to Z-section or L-section beams
Rack Mount is fully adjustable to suit most types of racking: Min depth - 900mm / 35.4".max depth - 1250mm / 49.2"
Designed to fit beams with a depth of 50mm / 2" to 165mm / 6.5" and width of between 40mm / 1.6" to 50mm / 2"
Any height of racking can be used, as long as it can be adjusted to fit the length of the longest bike being stored. We recommend a height of 2,500mm 100" to allow for most bike lengths
Ensure you have sufficient height to hang your bikes with the wheels off the floor. The rail and trolley require 205mm / 8.1" of height allowance from the tope of the rail to the inside of the bike's wheel rim where it touches the hook
The adjustable rubber pressure pad can be positioned 10mm / 0.4" to 60mm / 2.4" from the top surfaces of the beam
We recommend using two beams at the top and one at the back unless access from the rear is required

Spacerail FAQ

Voor plafonds boven 2.400 mm/8ft raden we een wandgemonteerd systeem aan, zodat het op een geschikte hoogte kan worden geplaatst voor gebruik. Voor plafonds onder 2.400 mm/8ft raden we een plafondgemonteerd systeem aan als het mogelijk is om op een geschikte structuur te worden gemonteerd. Er zijn ook hoekige beugels beschikbaar voor hellende plafonds. Freestand biedt veelzijdige fixvrije fietsopslag die niet op bestaande structuren hoeft te worden gemonteerd. We raden een algemene installatiehoogte aan tussen 2.100 mm-2.400 mm voor de meeste fietstypen.

Ja. Onze Spacerail -kits bevatten alles wat u nodig hebt, inclusief haken, rails, schutter, eindkappen en montagehardware. Onze systemen zijn ontworpen om eenvoudig te worden geïnstalleerd met een basistoolkit en doe -het -zelfvaardigheden.

Elke haak kan maximaal 30 kg/65lbs vasthouden. Elk standaard gedeelte van het spoor kan maximaal 100 kg/220lbs bevatten. Spacerail is ontworpen om de meeste e-bikes veilig op te slaan. Freestand 8 Bike maakt gebruik van een zware rail geregistreerd tot 150 kg/331lbs.

Standaard rails zijn 1100 mm/44 "lang en zijn ontworpen om maximaal vier fietsen op te slaan. Als alle vier fietsen grote enduro of downhill mountain fietsen zijn, heb je mogelijk een extra gedeelte van het spoor nodig om te genieten van optimale prestaties. We bieden een gratis aangepaste rail snijservice indien nodig.

De maximale wieldiepte inclusief rand en band is 95 mm.

Nee. Spacerail is ontworpen voor gebruik met koolstofranden en omvat een polymeerhaakbedekking om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen schade optreedt.

Ja. Spacerail zal uw fiets niet beschadigen als hij erop wordt opgehangen. De belastingen die door uw fiets worden geplaatst wanneer ze aan de ruimtevaartwijze worden opgehangen, zijn veel lager dan de belastingen tijdens het gebruik bij het bereden.

Ja. Op voorwaarde dat uw ophanging vorken en hydraulische remmen in goede staat zijn, dan zullen er geen problemen optreden. Dit zijn verzegelde systemen, dus geen olie zal ontsnappen. Controleer voor gebruik altijd de functie van uw remmen en ophanging wanneer u ze uit Spacerail verwijdert.
