Shipping policy

UK Shipping

  • We provide FREE shipping in the United Kingdom for all orders above £50. If you are eligible for free shipping this will automatically be shown at checkout.

 

  • If you are not eligible for free UK shipping, then we charge a flat rate of £4.99.

 

  • Free UK shipping takes 3-5 days for delivery. We offer express UK shipping at a flat rate of £9.99 via DHL or Fedex Priority which typically arrives within 1-2 days. Please consider which days couriers do not work and public holidays as this will affect your delivery timescales.

 

  • If your order is in stock, then it will generally be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your order is out of stock, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of it returning into stock. The predicted date for re-stock will be shown on our website, but this is only an estimate and is subject to factors outside of our control.

 

  • Please ensure you enter a mobile phone number and email at checkout to receive shipping notifications and options for managing and scheduling your delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email where there will be a link to track your shipment.

 

  • Orders to the UK include VAT within the price shown. A VAT invoice can be supplied by emailing your order number to sales@stashedproducts.co.uk 

 

International Shipping

  • We offer fixed price shipping for international orders based on the total weight of the shipment.

  • We have partnered with FedEx and DHL to make the worldwide shipping and import process very simple for the customer. Currently we have a 100% success rate with on time worldwide delivery and seamless customs clearance, so we are confident you will have a simple and easy purchasing experience. Simply add your selections to your Cart and go to checkout to see live shipping costs to your area.

 

  • You have two options for shipping at checkout:

 

  • DHL Express Shipping (Duties and Taxes Included)
    • You have the option to pay your local duties and taxes at checkout by selecting DHL Express Shipping (Duties and Taxes Included). This option will ensure the quickest and easiest import of your order and will be shipped on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) trade terms. You will not have to pay anything further.

 

  • DHL Express Shipping (Duties and Taxes Excluded)
    • If you select DHL Express Shipping (Duties and Taxes Excluded) then all products are shipped from the UK and exported with 0% VAT. Your delivery will be through DAP (Delivery at Place) trade terms. This means, you as the receiver is responsible for any taxes, duties and handling charges on the imports to your country, and are not included in the price you have paid to us. The duties and taxes will be collected by FedEx or DHL, not by Stashed Products.
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from FedEx or DHL with a payment link for any duties and taxes payable so your order clears customs. Please ensure payment is made as soon as possible, otherwise delays could occur with your delivery.
    • If you select DHL Express Shipping (Duties and Taxes Excluded) and do not make payment to DHL for the duties and taxes, then your order will be returned to Stashed Products. We will issue a refund for your order minus the original shipping cost, import duty and taxes to your country (this is pre-paid by DHL and is non-refundable), return shipping cost and an administrative fee for restocking your order. This can take up to 15 working days from rejection of shipment to calculate and process the refund.
    • Please Note: If you are a business importing our goods, we recommend this option to ensure you can claim any import VAT required.

 

  • Further information and estimates for duties and taxes please click here. SpaceRail systems are imported under the HS Code: 8714.99.8000.  LodeStar systems are imported under the HS Code: 8302.50.0000. The SpaceRail & LodeStar products are made in the United Kingdom and therefore is considered to have preferential origin so is not liable to incur duty charges to Europe. Taxes will still be present. 

 

  • If you are a business, please check before ordering if you require an EORI number for import to the EU. If you do require this registration number, please provide this to us at the time of ordering or once you have placed your order.

 

  • Express shipping is available to all countries worldwide. Transit times after dispatch vary based on the country, but estimates are shown in the table above.

General

  • During busy times of the year or when national restrictions are in place there could be further delays to your delivery, which are outside of our control.

 

  • Most courier companies require a signature on delivery, so we highly recommend selecting a delivery address where the item can be received in person.

 

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with a confirmation and any relevant tracking details.

 

  • We will ship your products using DHL and Fedex. Please see their websites for tracking.

 

  • Your product will be shipped mainly in packaging that can recycled or disposed of in household waste. Please do your part and ensure the packaging is recycled responsibly where possible.

 

  • Collection can be arranged from our address shown below. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs already paid if you then decide to collect your products:
