Returns Policy
90-day returns and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are confident our products are the best available, and that you will be entirely satisfied with both the product and the service. If you are not, return it for a full refund.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact us first
Before returning anything, please email sales@stashedproducts.com with the following information so we can process your return quickly:
- Full name
- Contact email
- Contact number
- Your address
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Reason for the return
2. Complete a Returns Form
Once your return has been authorised, please complete a Returns Form and either include it in the box, or email a copy to sales@stashedproducts.com. Always include a Returns Form to ensure quick processing.
3. Send the product back
Your product must be returned in usable condition, in its original packaging, and with all components originally provided.

Return Postage
If we are responsible for the cost of return postage, please email sales@stashedproducts.com and we will arrange a courier. It is your responsibility to package the products suitably for return, and you will need a printer for the courier label.
If we are responsible for the return postage and you choose to arrange delivery yourself, the maximum amount we will refund is £10. Please provide evidence of postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for the safe arrival of products to us.
Free return shipping is available to UK customers only. For returns from outside the UK, you are responsible for return shipping and any applicable import duties or taxes. We are unable to refund duties or taxes on either export or import.
SpaceRail Bundle Offer
Get 30% off LodeStar and Stashed Accessories when bought with a full-priced SpaceRail. The terms below set out how the offer works and how returns are handled when items have been bought as part of it.
1. Eligibility
To qualify for the offer, your order must include a SpaceRail at its standard retail price. The 30% discount then applies to any LodeStar products and Stashed Accessories added to the same order. The discount does not apply to the SpaceRail itself.
The offer is not available if the SpaceRail in the order is already discounted, on sale, or being purchased with any other promotional code.
2. How the discount applies
The 30% reduction is applied automatically at checkout to qualifying LodeStar products and Stashed Accessories in the cart. Those items are treated as part of a single bundled order with the SpaceRail.
3. Returning the SpaceRail while keeping discounted items
The 30% discount is conditional on the SpaceRail being kept. If the SpaceRail is returned for any non-faulty reason (change of mind, cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, or any other voluntary return) and you retain any LodeStar products or Stashed Accessories bought under this offer, the total discount value applied to those retained items will be deducted from the SpaceRail refund.
4. Returning discounted items
Refunds for LodeStar products or Stashed Accessories returned under this offer are calculated against the discounted price actually paid, not the RRP.
5. Returning the full bundle
If the SpaceRail and all bundled discounted items are returned together, the full amount paid is refunded with no clawback.
6. Faulty items and warranty
If the SpaceRail is replaced or refunded under warranty, or because it is faulty, the discount on retained LodeStar products and Stashed Accessories stands and no deduction is applied.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
