Where do you make your products?

We manufacture all of our hardware products in the UK.
Can I get a factory tour?

Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes of course. You are welcome to come to our factory to pick your order up and see your product being made. Our factory address is Unit 6 Abermule Business Park, Abermule, SY15 6FB, United Kingdom.
Do you do military or blue light discount?

Yes, please email us at sales@stashedproducts.com with proof of occupation and we will provide you with a discount code.

Verzenden jullie wereldwijd?

Wij verzenden wereldwijd en verkopen elk jaar aan meer dan 50 landen.

We werken samen met FedEx en DHL om het wereldwijde verzend- en importproces voor de klant heel eenvoudig te maken. We hebben een succespercentage van 100% met tijdige wereldwijde levering en naadloze douaneafhandeling, dus we zijn ervan overtuigd dat u een eenvoudige en gemakkelijke aankoopervaring zult hebben.

Wij bieden internationale verzending tegen een vast tarief op basis van het totale gewicht van uw bestelling. Voeg uw bestelling toe aan het winkelmandje, ga naar de kassa, voer uw verzendadres in en u ziet de live verzendkosten.

Standaard wereldwijde verzending duurt meestal 2-5 werkdagen.

U kunt kiezen tussen:

DHL Express Shipping (inclusief invoerrechten en belastingen) waarbij u de totale kosten aan ons betaalt bij het afrekenen, inclusief verzendkosten, invoerrechten en belastingen. Bij aankomst hoeft u niets meer te betalen.

DHL Express Shipping (exclusief invoerrechten en belastingen) waarbij de verwachte invoerrechten en belastingen voor uw kennis worden weergegeven, maar u wordt gevraagd deze bij import te betalen.
How long will delivery take?

Dispatch Time - If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
Express UK shipping is available for £9.99 via FedEx Priority, typically arriving within 1-2 working days
Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery Tracking - Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation along with any relevant tracking details. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you can track your package directly on their websites using the tracking number we provide.
How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to DHL or Fedex website and entering the tracking number provided to you on your dispatch email. Please be aware that your shipment could arrive in multiple boxes, so please fully check the tracking details for all box information.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs vary by location. For UK orders, shipping is free above £50. For International orders simply add what you require to your basket, head to checkout and enter your shipping address. Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

In the UK, VAT is included in the price and you will be issued a VAT invoice. For International orders duties and taxes are not included in the price shown. At checkout you are able to choose whether to pay for duties and taxes up front (included option) or pay them on import (excluded option). For businesses placing orders, we suggest using the excluded option to ensure you able to recover any taxes required.

Stashed is ervan overtuigd dat haar producten de beste op de markt zijn en dat u 100% tevreden zult zijn met onze producten en service. Daarom bieden we een retourtermijn van 90 dagen. Bent u niet tevreden met ons product? Dan kunt u het eenvoudig retourneren voor een volledige terugbetaling. Neem wel eerst contact met ons op voordat u het product retourneert. Yes! Our systems are covered under our 5-year no quibble warranty even for commercial use.
