Dispatch Time - If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
Express UK shipping is available for £9.99 via FedEx Priority, typically arriving within 1-2 working days
Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery Tracking - Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation along with any relevant tracking details. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you can track your package directly on their websites using the tracking number we provide.

You can track your order by going to DHL or Fedex website and entering the tracking number provided to you on your dispatch email. Please be aware that your shipment could arrive in multiple boxes, so please fully check the tracking details for all box information.

Shipping costs vary by location. For UK orders, shipping is free above £50. For International orders simply add what you require to your basket, head to checkout and enter your shipping address. You will then be able to see the shipping cost to your location. In the UK, VAT is included in the price and you will be issued a VAT invoice. For International orders duties and taxes are not included in the price shown. At checkout you are able to choose whether to pay for duties and taxes up front (included option) or pay them on import (excluded option). For businesses placing orders, we suggest using the excluded option to ensure you able to recover any taxes required.
