Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes of course. You are welcome to come to our factory to pick your order up and see your product being made. Our factory address is Unit 6 Abermule Business Park, Abermule, SY15 6FB, United Kingdom.
Do you do military or blue light discount?

Yes, please email us at sales@stashedproducts.com with proof of occupation and we will provide you with a discount code.

Collaboriamo con FedEx e DHL per rendere il processo di spedizione e importazione in tutto il mondo molto semplice per il cliente. How long will delivery take?

Dispatch Time - If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day.

Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
Express UK shipping is available for £9.99 via FedEx Priority, typically arriving within 1-2 working days
Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery Tracking - Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation along with any relevant tracking details. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you can track your package directly on their websites using the tracking number we provide.
How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to DHL or Fedex website and entering the tracking number provided to you on your dispatch email. Please be aware that your shipment could arrive in multiple boxes, so please fully check the tracking details for all box information.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs vary by location. For UK orders, shipping is free above £50. For International orders simply add what you require to your basket, head to checkout and enter your shipping address. Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

In the UK, VAT is included in the price and you will be issued a VAT invoice. For International orders duties and taxes are not included in the price shown. At checkout you are able to choose whether to pay for duties and taxes up front (included option) or pay them on import (excluded option). For businesses placing orders, we suggest using the excluded option to ensure you able to recover any taxes required.
