Express Shipping via DHL & FedEx

Just because we manufacture in the UK doesn't mean you have to wait weeks for your gear. We partner with premium express couriers to get your system from our factory in Wales to your driveway in days.

US Import Duties & Tariffs — Your Options

You have two options for handling US import duties and tariffs at checkout:

Option 1

DHL Express Shipping
(Duties & Taxes Included)

Pay your US duties and taxes at checkout. Your order ships on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) trade terms — you will not have to pay anything further.

This is the quickest and easiest option for importing your order into the United States.

Option 2

DHL Express Shipping
(Duties & Taxes Excluded)

All products are shipped from the UK and exported with 0% VAT. Your delivery will be through DAP (Delivery at Place) trade terms.

This means you, as the receiver, are responsible for any US import duties, tariffs, taxes, and handling charges. These are not included in the price you pay to us at checkout.

Business customers: If you are a business importing our goods, we recommend the Duties & Taxes Excluded (DAP) option to ensure you can claim any import VAT required.

If You Select Duties & Taxes Excluded (DAP)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL or FedEx with a payment link for any duties and taxes payable so your order clears customs. Please ensure payment is made as soon as possible, otherwise delays could occur with your delivery.

Important: If payment for duties and taxes is not made, your order will be returned to Stashed Products. We will issue a refund for your order minus the original shipping cost, import duty and taxes (pre-paid by the courier and non-refundable), return shipping cost, and an administrative fee for restocking. This can take up to 15 working days from rejection of shipment to calculate and process.

Q: Will I have to pay import duties or tariffs?

Not necessarily. At checkout you can select DHL Express Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included) to pay everything upfront — you won't have to pay anything further on delivery. If you choose the Duties & Taxes Excluded option, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes. DHL or FedEx will contact you with a payment link so your shipment clears customs smoothly.

Q: How long does shipping take to the US?

Transit times vary by state, but our Express Shipping via DHL and FedEx Priority typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Because our couriers require a signature to ensure the safety of your high-value hardware, we recommend shipping to a residential or business address where someone can receive the package.

Q: How is the product packaged?

We use robust, eco-friendly packaging designed to handle international air freight. Our packaging is recyclable and designed to protect your rails and hardware during transit.

Q: What happens if I don't pay the duties and taxes?

If you selected the Duties & Taxes Excluded option and payment is not made to the courier, your order will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, pre-paid duties/taxes, return shipping, and an administrative restocking fee.

Q: I'm a business — which shipping option should I choose?

We recommend the Duties & Taxes Excluded (DAP) option for business customers, as this allows you to claim any import VAT required through your own accounting processes.
