We are so confident in our products that we offer a no-quibble 5-year warranty, even for intensive use in commercial environments. Our confidence comes from utilisation of our in-house manufacturing processes, advanced R&D testing programs and a meticulous level of detail in each product.

Our products come with the following minimum warranties to the original owner from the date of
purchase:

- Hardware Products such as Rails, Trolleys, Brackets, Frames etc. = Five years 

- Textile Products such as t-shirts, Pedal Wraps, LaunchPads, Bags etc = One year

If any product does wear outside of our warranty, then all parts can be serviced, maintained and rebuilt using a simple set of tools and basic DIY skills. All Spare Parts are available from our website.
Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. If your order qualifies, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 applies.
  • Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
  • Express UK shipping is available for £9.99 via FedEx Priority, typically arriving within 1-2 working days.

Worldwide Shipping

  • We have partnered with FedEx and DHL to make the worldwide shipping and import process very simple for the customer. We have a 100% success rate with on time worldwide delivery and seamless customs clearance, so we are confident you will have a simple and easy purchasing experience.
  • We offer fixed-rate international shipping based on your order’s total weight. Please add your order to basket, head to checkout, enter your shipping address and you will see a live shipping cost.
  • Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 2-5 working days.
  • You can choose between: DHL Express Shipping (Duties & Taxes Included) where you pay the total cost to us at checkout, this includes shipping, duties and taxes. There will be nothing further to pay on arrival. DHL Express Shipping (Duties & Taxes Excluded) where the expected duties and taxes will be displayed for your knowledge, but you will be requested to pay these on import.

Dispatch Time
If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day.

Delivery Tracking
Once your order has dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation along with any relevant tracking details. All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and you can track your package directly on their websites using the tracking number we provide.
