We are so confident in our products that we offer a no-quibble 5-year warranty, even for intensive use in commercial environments.
5-year warranty Policy
Our products come with the following minimum warranties to the original owner from the date of purchase:
- Hardware Products such as Rails, Trolleys, Brackets, Frames etc. = Five years
- Textile Products such as t-shirts, Pedal Wraps, LaunchPads, Bags etc = One year
This warranty does not extend to normal wear through usage, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, accidental damage, negligence, any modifications or alterations, corrosion, poor installation, or for any usage for which the product was not designed.
Durable
Our combination of superior materials, craftsmanship and precision engineering set our products apart from competitors and allow us to offer a 5-year no quibble warranty on all of our hardware products.
This is level of warranty is unheard of in storage equipment, but we are 100% confident in our products and know that when you get to experience them you will understand why they are not the lowest cost option available.
We build stuff to last and know from years of design and testing to keep things simple, make them robust and ensure they are easy to maintain and service.
Rebuildable
Our products are designed to be fit for purpose, but this does not mean they are indestructible or require no maintenance.
Some components such as bearings and wheels are subject to natural wear over the life span of the product and premature failure can occur if installed incorrectly, neglected or cleaned incorrectly i.e., with a pressure washer or harsh chemicals. Where products do require repair outside of warranty, we offer every single part as a replacement item.
