Will the SpaceRail fit my garage ceiling?
For ceilings above 2,400mm / 8ft, we recommend a wall mounted system so it can be positioned at a suitable height for use. For ceilings below 2,400mm / 8ft we recommend a ceiling mounted system if it is possible to be fitted to a suitable structure. Angled brackets are also available for sloping ceilings. Yes. Most customers fit theirs in under an hour with our step-by-step installation guides and a free 30-minute video consultation with our team. The SpaceRail mounts to walls, ceilings or sits as a freestanding cycle stand, so installation depends on the format you choose. Prefer to hand it over? Our Certified Installers cover the whole UK.
Will the SpaceRail hold my eBike?
Yes. Each hook is engineered to safely hold bikes up to 30kg — covering most full-power eBikes. The rail is precision-machined from aluminium and the mounting hardware is rated well above the working load.
Are SpaceRail bike racks suitable for kids' bikes?
Yes. The SpaceRail works as a bike holder for any size of bike — Sam Reynolds keeps all three of his kids' bikes on the same rail as his own. The optional double hook lets kids' bikes stack next to adult bikes. For wheels and smaller kids' bikes stored in pairs, pair your rail with the SpaceRail Double Hook.
What warranty comes with my bike rack?
Every SpaceRail is backed by our no-quibble 5-year warranty — valid even for commercial garage use. Hardware (rails, trolleys, brackets, frames) is covered for 5 years; textiles (pedal wraps, Launch Pads) for 1 year. Made in Wales, built to last.
Where are Stashed bike storage systems made?
We manufacture all of our hardware products in the UK at our factory in Abermule, Powys, Wales. Visitors welcome — email sales@stashedproducts.com to book a factory tour and see your SpaceRail being made.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1 working day and arrive in 2-3 working days via DHL or FedEx. Express UK shipping is £9.99 for 1-2 working day delivery. Free UK delivery on orders over £50. International shipping to 50+ countries — typically 2-5 working days.
Can I return it if it doesn't suit my garage?
Yes — 90-day no-quibble returns. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll arrange free collection in the UK and refund you in full. No questions asked.
