No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a force majeure situation including but not limited to war, civil unrest, natural disaster, or any breach of applicable law or regulation. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
The prize is as stated: 1 x Spacerail Ceiling 4-Bike Storage System from Stashed. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The winner will be chosen at random using software, from all entries received and verified by the organiser and/or its agents. The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email within 3 weeks of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition. Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
